Russia is waiting for a report of the Ukrainian authorities about the investigation of the Malaysian Boeing MH 17 flight disaster but Kyev evades to answer

According to the Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, "what was in the "black boxes" probably has been already decrypted, but not made public, and investigators must return to the place of MH 17 crush"

It's a very dark story," he said, speaking at MGIMO.

"We are still waiting for their (Ukrainian) actual conclusions to be presented, and we asked more than 20 questions that naturally arise in any more or less professionally-educated person. Waiting for answers," said Lavrov.

Boeing 777 flying from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur, "Malaysian airlines" crashed on July 17, in the Donetsk region. Onboard there were 298 people, all died.

Deputy Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the United Nations Mr. Oleksandr Pavlichenko on Thursday at an emergency meeting of the Security Council actually evaded a direct answer to the question of the Russian Ambassador to the UN Vitaly Churkin regarding disclosure of records of managers talks, which led Boeing 777 company "Malaysian airlines". "Ukraine takes an active part in the work of the interstate commission for the investigation of this incident. My government is in good faith in this matter and is collaborating with our international and foreign partners. I think that in the near future there will be distributed the report of this Commission and we will see the preliminary results of this investigation," said Pavlichenko.

Previously Churkin repeatedly expressed hope that the Ukrainian side has provided records of the negotiations of their air traffic controllers, who sent the Malaysian aircraft to the conflict zone.

Meanwhile, foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Sergei Lavrov, answering the questions of the application of Rossiyskaya Gazeta (Russia Beyond the Headlines) to the British newspaper The Daily Telegraph, said that Russia will not allow an investigation of the Malaysian Boeing crash to be put on the brakes.

"We must not allow for the investigation of the circumstances of the accident flight MN to be launched on the brakes, as has happened with many other investigations of tragedies in Ukraine, including shooting by snipers a number of policemen and civilians in Kiev in February, the bloody massacre in Odessa and Mariupol in may, and so on, " said the Minister. "We will strongly insist on bringing to justice those who bear the blame for these crimes"
